Announcement regarding the corporate transformation of Piraeus Bank

We inform the shareholders of the funds managed by Optima asset management that, following an approval decision of the competent Authority and with the application of article 16 of Law 2515/1997 (namely par. 5 thereof regarding the consolidation of assets and liabilities) and articles 54 par. 3, 57 par. 3 and 59-74 of Law 4601/2019, as in force, the current bank "Piraeus Bank SA" was transformed into a holding company under the name "Piraeus Financial Holdings Societe Anonyme" and a distinctive title "Piraeus Financial Holdings" and, at the same time, a new bank "Piraeus Bank SA" was established which is a universal successor of the previous one and to which all the rights and obligations of the banking sector and in general all the legal relations of this branch of the old bank were automatically transferred. Following the above developments, the new bank, successor of "Piraeus Bank SA, now acts as custodian of the Funds managed by our Company - in replacement of the split bank "Piraeus Bank S.A.", based in Athens, at 4, Amerikis Street. It is emphasized that the above change of the legal entity of the depositary does not change anything in substance regarding the exercise of the depositary duties of the funds managed by our Company, which continues normally as it has been until today. Given that the details of the depositary (name and registered office) listed in the regulations of the Funds managed by our Company remain unchanged, as the new bank has the same name and registered office as the old one, the above substitution does not imply an amendment of the regulations of M/Fs.
