Distribution of dividend for 2022

Optima asset management announces the distribution of dividend for the year 2022, to the shareholders of the Mutual Fund "Optima smart cash bond fund (R)", and the shareholders of the Mutual Fund "Optima greek balanced fund (R)" according to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 19, 2022. The cut-off date of the dividend is 31.12.2022 and beneficiaries are the shareholders who held shares on this date. For the Mutual Fund "Optima smart cash bond fund (R)" the dividend amounts to 0,0479 euro per unit and represents a dividend yield of 1%. For the Mutual Fund "Optima greek balanced fund (R)" the dividend amounts to 0,5121 euro per unit and represents a dividend yield of 5,16%. The payment of the dividend will be made by crediting the bank account declared by the shareholder. With a new announcement, the Company will inform shareholders about the dividend payment date.
